Dear Friends. Most people who suffer from a low self-esteem have a very limited understanding of the problem or how to deal with it . They just think it's who they are. I'm not here to sell you anything or show you some long drawn out program for personal change, that's not what this is about. Basically, I just want to give you some practical ways to build up your sense of self-esteem and make your life more enjoyable and satisfying.
