Hi Marc, yes, they certainly are interrelated. In fact, all life is about synergy. Everything is interrelated, our thoughts, beliefs, mind, and body do not exist as isolated entities, and what affects one affects them all. They are actually different aspects of a synergistic whole.

Great post Jonathan, I belief all 6 points are important and I even believe they are very strongly related. If there is a situation where I need to stop struggling, I can only do it by going deeper in the here and now with a positive energy or it will just come back .

Hey Riley, now that's the way to make personal application and doing that is so much more valuable than just thinking about a general concept. Excellent.

Hi Sandra, I love that word sage. Made me think of this story about Jimmy Gas Station Wisdom From a Modern Day Sage. On Judgement, we can and should judge the appropriateness or inappropriateness of actions. What we want to avoid, and where the emotional investment comes in, is judging the person. Granted, it is hard to separate the two sometimes, but it's a healthy distinction to master.

Hi Nea, I think of dwelling on the past like being fixated on your rearview mirror while you are driving your car. That mirror is for glancing at not driving with. Just thought of those old lyrics: "Keep your eyes on the road and your hands upon the wheel." If we spend too much time looking back we can easily wreck our life.

Hi David, certainly, our thoughts lay the path for our life. Where the go we will follow. Hadn't noticed comment luv's behavior lately, but I know they are in the middle of a major upgrade and that could mean anything.

Hi Steve, I think one of the biggest challenges is to enjoy and be fully present in the NOW, while still holding a clear vision of the direction you want to move toward. This is where balance is really key and as you brought out, gratitude can help us with both of those.
