Dear Jonathan,

I love this technique. I already have anchored in deep appreciation for all my body does for me daily.

All I need to do is rub my inner left arm and feels of awe and appreciation for my body wash over me.

This technique is so simple, yet so powerful.

I've also really benefited from playing with EFT (tapping).

Thanks for the info. I just may check out using a pebble or stone.

Warm regards,
Lauren
