A very old man, burdened by years and discouraged by his life, stumbled one day into a Zen Master. &quot;Master&quot; said the man in desperation... &quot;please tell me how to find my True Self, for I have failed miserably time and time again&quot;. &quot;Ah&quot;... replied the Master in great sympathy...&quot;that is because the True Self cannot be found&quot;. &quot;You must learn how to let it find you.
