		<description>Goal setting is one of the things I really like to incorporate into my life. I find that if I don&#039;t set goals I am usually too scatter brained and have a hard time focusing on certain things.

I do agree that it&#039;s important to set realistic goals, but at the same time I also think it&#039;s important to not set yourself short. I would rather set a too difficult of goal than too easy of one.
