In my last video about Aging Concepts I made this statement: “What I do believe is that our mind can communicate with our DNA.” The implications here are that our minds can influence the expression of our genetic code. Does that sound a little bit out there to you?
Well, conventional thinking might label such a comment as heresy. After all, isn’t it the doctors who make us well? Doesn’t science tell us that our propensity toward cancer, obesity, and a wide variety of other maladies is programmed into our genetic code? Hasn’t it been proven that IQ test can predict a child’s potential?
It’s all about perception
Here’s an important point to remember: Just because people have been programmed to believe those things does not make them true. After all, a few hundred years ago the earth wasn’t flat just because the “conventional wisdom of the day” said it was.
These two videos offer some brilliant new insight into the world of health and aging. I think they provide a window into a realm of amazing possibility and possibility. I hope you find them enlightening.

Now that you have more information
Do you think it might be possible for our minds to communicate with our DNA?
The application here enormous! If we send the right signals to our genes we can change the way our personal genetic code is expressed in the real world. Health is a huge factor in the aging process. That includes physical, mental, and emotional health.
If we believe that we are at the mercy of our genes we become helpless victims. Even then, we wouldn’t be victims of our genetic code, but of our own negative perceptions and beliefs regarding our genetics.
How much better it would be to use the incredible power of belief to heal ourselves. How much better to use positive perceptions to program our genes to enjoy a long, productive, and healthy life. Isn’t it about time you had a little talk with your DNA?
Are you feeling empowered all of a sudden?
Do you feel like you have more control over your reality?
Are you thinking outside the box about your life?
I would love to hear your thoughts!

Hi Jonathan!
This is my favorite subject and yes I KNOW it is true because I did it. I healed myself of several diseases doctors said were incurable and that I would have for life. They even had me in a wheelchair in a year or so! Lucky thing for me I discovered this very material – Dr. Dyer, Dr. Lipton and Dr. Chopra helped me heal my body in 3 weeks flat of over 6 years of chronic pain and disease. I am healthier than I have EVER been 3 years after healing and feel reborn and am on NO MEDICATIONS. Yes, we CAN change our cells and DNA. I had several “genetic” disorders… not anymore.
Thank you for posting this and informing others of this very important information.
With Love and Gratitude,
Jenny

Hi Jenny, I think we have a lot to learn in this area, but there is really no reason to wait for understanding to substantiate things. Your a perfect example of the value of doing. It the long run, it doesn’t matter what anyone thinks, the proof is in the results. Thanks for sharing your personal story. Inspiring!
Hi Jonathan. I have been going on about Bruce Lipton for a few years now and think his thinking and his research is absolutely amazing. You should read his book ‘The biology of belief’, his story is fascinating, I think you’d love it.
Videos are excellent. Thanks for posting this, I am glad more people are waking up to his work.

Hi Steve, I am convinced that we are just beginning to glimpse the edge of possibility when it comes to our ability to influence our reality. The amazing thin is, that ability has always been there, we don’t need science to give us the green light.
The videos were great and my answer based on personal experience is that we are our own healers. We may not be able to cure all of our ills but we have an enormous role to play in creating and recreating our own health.
I agree 100%. I think that western medicine’s approach is designed to ignore and suppress the real source of healing while making people increasingly more dependent on mostly worthless pharmaceuticals and invasive procedures.
Jonathan, I definitely feel more empowered and in control and those are the best feelings! Thinking outside the box is awesome:) Thank you!

Hi Lana, that’s exactly how I felt after reading your last article. I even printed it out, it’s a keeper!
I loved the videos. I’ve learned that there is so much more to life than just what we are told are the answers. Those things that seem unlikely and unrealistic are only out of our reach if our thinking makes it so. I believe this is true for our health and everything else.

Hi Nea, I am with you completely and it not limited to any specific area. Like you said, it applies “I believe this is true for our health and everything else.” We just need to get a whole new perception about what is possible. Once we get that straight, the rest will unfold.
Hi Jonathan. My father gave me Dr. Lipton’s book The Biology of Belief, but I haven’t read it yet.
I believe there is a lot of potential in this area of gene expression and that the mind is undoubtedly a powerful influence on it. Just exactly what that is remains to be seen and sometimes people take it too far. I don’t think we know enough yet to know what works.
The one thing I am becoming more and more convinced about is the widespread failure of traditional medicine. It often doesn’t work. As just one example, we spend billions of dollars on diagnostic tests despite the fact that studies show early detection often does not increase the long-term survival rate. And yet we continue to push for more tests.
I felt better when I stopped taking all my drugs. I’m not sure I want more Americans to have access to our traditional health care system. Is that really going to save any lives? Maybe we should spend the money prevention instead.
.-= Stephen – Rat Race Trap´s last amazing blog post ..Why I’m Not Busy Anymore =-.
Hey Stephen, I think more and more people are waking up to the smoke and mirrors of allopathic medicine. I could go on a rant about it, but that wouldn’t be very productive.
I totally agree with the prevention approach. What ever I may have spent on prevention over the course of my life is only a drop in the bucket compared to average medical expences.
The important point is that we all have access to tremendous creative powers and the more we explore that area the better off we will be.
Jonathan, thank you for sharing this interview about a very important topic. More and more, so-called scientific studies in the workings of the human brain support what many mystics and healers have known for eons – that within us we already have all the power of mind and intention to understand, to communicate with our cells, to expand our awareness, to transform our genetic pattern.
Our DNA is an energy pattern that can be intelligently engaged with, just as we engage with all other energy patterns in our sleeping and waking life. And this DNA pattern can be influenced – it is responsive and intelligent, and it can be changed. I am so glad that Jenny stopped by to share her real-life experience. There are hundreds of thousands of such testimonies already out there and little by little, the amazing truth of this transformative reality is entering mainstream consciousness. Sharing a part of this sea of information in your post contributes to this expanding awareness.
Jonathan, spring energy greetings to your DNA from the mountains in Japan – Catrien Ross.
.-= Catrien Ross´s last amazing blog post ..Catrien Ross on Reviving Your Passion and Purpose in Spring Vibrations from Japan =-.
Hi Catrien, isn’t it funny how people tend to wait for science to verify that something is real even in the face of overwhelming evidence. Scares me to think how many people would be trying to fly of of tall buildings if science hadn’t come along to confirm gravity.
That’s a little cynical, I know, but it makes the point. Why would we ever think that any part of us is beyond our own influence? We and our DNA are all the same thing. Everything is energy and wave lengths. Whether we accept it or not, we are shaping that all the time.
Okay, a little rant. It’s late and I’m a bit passionate about this whole topic. Great to hear your thoughts on this Catrien. I know you are way into this subject.
