When walking on a slippery surface, you automatically think the thought,"I hope I don't fall and then you see yourself falling"..but I think you're right if you just look ahead to the car and imagine yourself in it looking back at the ice and thinking"I didn't fall I knew I wouldnt"You're image changes to you having been safe and instead of slipping and hurting yourself.Good article,we can use positive visualization for anything

Hi Jonathon!

It is amazing just how many people aren't aware that they are bringing to themselves the exact outcomes they fear so much. It isn't the easiest thing in the world to master - even for those who understand the process, but it is well worth the effort. Taking time each day to focus on what you desire and consciously visualizing a positive outcome can work wonders.

Great article. I definitely share your belief that we ALL create our own reality, whether or not we do so intentionally.

Boy, do I know what you mean. We attract exactly what we think. when I was first divorced years ago I had no money. The more I told myself I had no money the less money that I had. Then I read the book "The Power of Positive Thinking" and realized what I was doing wrong.
You hear people say, "I would give my right arm for that". When I hear that I always think, Man, you better be careful in what you ask for, you just might get it.

Hey Jonathan, I've noticed that when we focus on the end result obstacles seem smaller. But as soon as we focus on the obstacles they get so big we can't see anything else. Thanks man!
