Even though I teach life skills of all kinds, this is one area that I struggle with personally. I have read and written quite a bit on time management but have yet to actually make it happen consistently in my own life.
After watching this 37-minute video I am certain that I now have the resources to make much better use of my time while enjoying life even more.I really can’t say enough about the value of this video. Thanks for the link. Definitely worth watching how a well read and successful entrepreneur (Eben Pagan) re-frames time management into “managing yourself”.
For me, the most valuable part of the video are the short exercises he introduces at about the 33 minute part.

Thanks Jonathan - I too teach these materials and Eben has to be one of my “all-time heros”. A smart cookie (I have his Get Altitude DVDs - awesome stuff).
Interestingly I also trained in 1994 with one of his Mentors - Wyatt Woodsmall - eccentric and brilliant!
